What Political Party Are You Most Closely Aligned With?

I most closely align with the democratic party. I wouldn't classify myself as a democrat, but I typically agree with and support their ideas and goals. It was only until the past presidential race that I really began to realize my political views. I agreed with the ideas of Barack Obama. I with his idea that if we want to improve our country, we must make change. I also realized that I dislike many of the republican party's ideas and that I dislike much of conservatism. I also align myself with the democratic party because I was raised by parents that support the democratic party. Their reasons for supporting that party made sense to me causing me to follow in their footsteps.
